Eat Less and Exercise More

Jerry StearnsI have decided to make a change to my lifestyle today.  Today, I am starting my new fitness and nutrition program and thus I will be working out 5 days a week and changing what I eat somewhat.

My story is not unique as I don't eat correctly and I don't exercise often enough.  I am starting with a weight of 255 at this time.  I had gastric bypass surgery in January 2006 and over the next year, I lost 100 pounds.  I weighed 225 in January 2007.  I was on the road and it was quite easy to control what I ate while traveling.  I have gained 30 pounds since I quit the traveling routine.  Having the comfort foods available has a very high price.  I am going to have a simple regime, eat less and exercise more. 

I will keep you updated weekly as I continue with this project.
